Ramar Steel Purchases 5 New Fabrication Machines to Increase Capacity, Efficiency

New equipment from Ficep, EMI, and Haco, allows Ramar Steel to increase its capacity and efficiency, and better serve its customers.

Ramar Steel, a structural steel and miscellaneous metal fabricator and erector, today announced the purchase and installation of five new fabrication machines. The new equipment, purchased from Ficep, EMI, and Haco, allows Ramar Steel to increase its capacity and efficiency, and better serve its customers.

We are excited to add these new machines to our [fabrication] shop. This is a major investment in our future, and we are confident that it will position us well for continued growth. These machines will allow us to meet the growing demand for our products and services.

The five new machines are:

Ficep Gemini 36 HDE

This machine is a 12’ x 50’ CNC gantry drilling, milling & thermal cutting system for steel plates up to 50’ and 3-1/8” thick.

EMI-TPC2444

This machine is a multi-profile, high production auto-loading CNC Plasma Cutting Machine that processes round, square, rectangle, angle iron, C-channel, and flat stock.

Ficep 1103 VLB

This machine is a CNC drilling, layout scribing, milling and sawing machine for structural steel shapes.

Haco Synchromaster 440T

This machine is a CNC high-definition press brake for steel plate up to 12’ long.

Ficep A204

This is a CNC machine for the processing of angles, channels and flats.
