The challenge in fabricating and erecting 380 tons of structural steel for this 50,000-square-foot downtown architectural wonder was that there was no room for staging. Therefore, 4,000 pieces of steel were fabricated and delivered on a tightly-managed schedule with no room for error.
Bottom line: a challenging project involving a nearly 100-foot curved wall was completed on time and on budget despite the tight space.

Oak Hill Renovations
